"We grew tired of touristy restaurants in Vienna and sought out well-prepared food - and were willing to pay comparable or slightly higher prices. Die Kueche is in the Hotel Palais Kempinski - it's the medium priced restaurant. It has Viennese specialties as well as a large variety of other dishes. Their Wiener schnitzel was the best we had in Vienna and the boiled beef melted in our mouth. The fish was delicious, too. We had Caesar and mixed salads and sampled desserts, including apple strudel. We went there twice because the food was the best we had in our 6-day stay in Vienna and the service was genuine and helpful."

We enjoyed the breakfast at Die Kueche. The setting is beautiful and the breakfast choices are enormous. We also had a dinner here and it was delicious.

we had brunch (on Mother's Day). it was amazing (12.00 to 3.00 clock, champagne included). everything tasted really good. great breakfast with lunch. everyone is really nice!

Had a lovely dinner here and it was fantastic. Superb service from all staff with nothing too much for them to do. The menu was good with a number of choices but ended up going with the tartar and the steak. Both were great and...perfectly served. For the non meat eaters there was a very good seafood soup and fish option.
