"The food was tepid. The beans were flavorless and the rice was undercooked. The waitress was very kind, but seemed overwhelmed. She was slow to wait on us, although apologetic. She got my meal order wrong . I asked for mole sauce and she brought me green salsa. When I pointed it out, she said she thought I asked for green. I asked for a side of mole. I was more than 1/2 way through my meal when she finally came back and said they were out of mole. I find that hard to believe and think she just forgot it. this was a random fund to celebrate my friend's birthday. the drinks were well mixed and the foods were nice. they get a nice part for their money and all food taste great. I want to visit this place.

Went to Diego's during the holiday to see their over the top decorations. So fun! They seemed a bit overwhelmed at the time. They ran out of dinner plates ?? . How does a restaurant do that?? Food was just ok. Chips not great and the margaritas were weak at best. Oh well, got some fun pics anyway and hope they do it again next year!

Comfortable, clean rest. My sisters of Sorority and I were very kind and kindly greeted by the staff. They sat us in half a private area (some traffic to the bathrooms), but well furnished for us with a taco bar and open bar. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! We stayed for a few hours talking, socializing with each other. The food was managed and kept hot and refilled without asking us. We ALL took pictures and setup to regularly return to EAT! There were about 10 of us and WE ALL recommend stopping from and with a GREAT meal or famous tequilas. Management made a special drink only for our SORITYGo... go!
