"The new improved Casey's Caboose is totally worth going back! Gutted and rebuilt, but the tried and true Choo-Choo is still available to guide its course around the bar! Check out the new Gin Bar and amazing menu. Vodka-Mac cheese is my favorite. And seeing Anne behind the bar is brilliant!!"

"We met a few friends here on a Sunday morning following a weekend party at the Killington Grand Hotel, etc. We sat outside under the shade of a yellow umbrella and drank cold brew coffees and noshing on very satisfactorily-sized bagel breakfast sandwiches. Our party tried several of the breakfast sandwich options (avocado, meat, yadda) and all agreed the sweet potato hash was the best part, and a really good value added to breakfasts generally. I also shared a fruit smoothie with my spouse, which was refreshing and not overly sweet."

"Boy did I want to like this place more than I did. I read such glowing reviews and I love good diners. Diner food is generally a simpler food to cook professionally. I say this as a former Executive Chef with numerous decades under my belt. I have cooked my fair share of breakfast food. It's an easy food to do as long as you make sure of a few things like: most people like crispy home fries and most people like toast actually toasted. We ordered 4 dishes for 3 of us. WE got an extra plate of corned beef hash because we love it. Corned beef was only ok. If you go to the trouble to make homemade make it great, not good. My egg sandwich was good but the English Muffin was not toasted. I know the menu says they cook it on a griddle but they barley did that. For my son not to eat his burrito is weird at first I thought maybe he died then I took a bite. It tasted weird. My wife's breakfast was only ok. Maybe it was an off day for the kitchen. The whole staff seemed really nice and amazing."

"I got takeout for me and my daughter. The food was great, and the portions were huge. Well worth the price. The atmosphere was cozy, and warm looks like it would have been a great dining experience had we eaten at the restaurant. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again."

"From someone who comes from the Restraunt industry, we traveled 3 1/2 hours on a business trip after another early morning business trip that is on! We had a problem with accommodation and this place was our walk through advice through everything!!! What an amazing front of the house manager / host Alex was! She helped in any way! On arrival Will was a jewel! He literally made us feel at home how we were far away from our “home” remnant! Once he found out that we were dealing with the questions he had in great conversation with us! Alex explained everything they're taking in the Restraunt before we know we were in the industry! The food was amazing and fast! The meatballs were delicious! The chopped salad that Will had divided his kitchen so nicely into two to share! And the NY stripe was melted in your mouth! We fought to ask Dessert how I knew they were ready to close, and he didn't have a problem with it! The s’mores drove us out of the world! We wish we had something as cool with our Restraunt! We praise the staff here and how it sounds, they have nothing more than an amazing owner to lead them in the right direction! I recommend this remnant!"
