"Recently, I have been let down by this restaurant. I always order something simple, yet the last two times it has been prepared incorrectly. Fortunately, I am able to fix it at home to make it drinkable. Additionally, the staff always makes me feel like I am bothering them every time I visit."

Most other Dunkin's I've gone to have been a little rough with their customer service and getting orders wrong, but this one is always on top of it and super nice and fast.

This location can never seem to get my order right and their donuts are always stale. Not to mention dd is lacking in donut flavors. I'll make the drive to country donuts from now on.
