"I've tried to give this place a chance but it hasn't gotten any better. Without typing a huge essay of all their shortcomings the wait time is consistently very long and my order almost always gets messed up. I order a simple sandwich, 2eggs, sausagewith no cheese...that's it. Two stars because the employees are at least half way decent besides the guy that left me sittingat the speaker for 5 minutes, let me order then decided to let me know they couldn't serve food that day."

Excellent service and fantastic coffee! I’m really happy they finally opened in Ogdensburg. It’s definitely a step up from Tim Hortons.

This is a fantastic little Dunkin'! As a Canadian, I make it a point to visit as often as I can. Their iced mocha macchiatos are unbeatable!

Online order: They were out of a few things when I showed up. Waited for them to prep alternatives. Which they then still got wrong, left out of the order. So a half hour drive-thru trip that was incorrect. Unsure I have ever really gotten a fullycorrect order from here actually.
