"Atrocious service. Terrible management. They will charge you for things you didn't order, they will charge you for things you did order and not give you said items. If you come back to get it fixed they will treat you as though you are some sort of criminal. They are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I truly hope someone higher up sees this and takes the appropriate action."

Great coffee but the one on east main street only doin. Drive thru. Inconvenience if u walk-in idk get why everyone else open. And. The dining room closed major inconvenience def not returning. YOUR STORE STUCKS

Dunkin on east main St in southbridge ma needs to be more friendly! My order was missing a donut because they weren't paying attention! But the person on the sandwich station was very kind and helpful...will not go there again.Not every dunkin is like this thank god

I asked for a black coffee with half hot chocolate that worked for many years for dunks, I know how to make all drinks on the menu. I got my job and after 15 minutes drive I realized I got a dunkaccino. I returned on the way back and the girl with the colorful hairs in the window was incredibly rude. If I wanted a dunkaccino, I would have ordered one.
