"Several customers have received incorrect orders or cold coffee at this restaurant. One woman seemed more interested in her phone and a person named Frank than attending to customers at the counter. Another man who ordered a pesto sandwich was given something completely different, and the staff did not offer to correct the mistake. Their language skills were rude and disrespectful. I waited in line for 15 minutes, hearing the unprofessional conversation of two employees while others in line struggled to remain patient. The management needs to better train their employees to be more considerate and attentive."

Everyone at this restaurant performs well. The service is efficient, timely, and professional.

Today, I waited for 30 minutes at the restaurant and it was completely unacceptable. The woman serving me was rude and seemed to be working alone. Her manager should have stepped in or provided her with help.
