"Horrible experience. Drive thru, Ordered two chocolate glazed doughnuts, clearly stated *not the cake ones* and a sweet tea, because they love to give the cake doughnuts out when you order Chocolate glazed. Of course, get to the window and received thedoughnuts I didn?t want. Ask for the ones I wanted and the young lady wanted to go back and forth with me over doughnuts thatI?m paying for with my money. Requested an exchanged for original glazed simply because I?m not paying for something my kidswon?t eat. She rolls her eyes and exchanges the doughnuts. Get home and my tea is unsweetened. Seriously? I get back in my carand drive back there, I literally can walk to this location from my hous...

Great location with a great drive thru. I enjoy their coffee and a great app to earn free drinks.

This is the third time I?ve been to this location. The first time they got my order wrong twice. Second time was fine, and today I went for the third and last time. Made hot coffee when I ordered iced, and when I asked for the iced coffee they just dumpedthe hot coffee into ice and gave it back. Also ordered a hot coffee which they only filled halfway. Seems like the entire staffare kids that don?t really care about their jobs. Just go to another dunkin.

"We were seated promptly and the wait staff was excellent. The food was delicious, although one dish was made incorrectly and we had to wait for it to be re-prepared. The only downside was that the restaurant was noisy and the seating was crowded."

"Food was delicious. I'd go back just for the breadsticks, but my baked ziti was great. Coco provided excellent service by checking in with us but not hovering. The rest of the staff from the check in desk to the bus help, were warm and professional. The only thing I could ask for is to have pizza on the restaurant menu rather than just the bar menu."
