"Today my daughter and I visited this Dunkin Doughnut. This location has been our Wednesday tradition since 2013. Nevertheless, I purchased two ice cream cones and decided to try their dairy free ice cream. After paying for both, and tipping the cashier Kalya(she was very polite I then walked towards the door and took a lick of the dairy free ice cream. I did not like the taste. I returned back to the cashier Kayla and asked if I could switch it for another flavor. The manager Rinku immediately rushed over stated “NO”. "Good service. The waitress was very attentive. The arroz con pollo was well seasoned, moist and a generous portion that included three tostones(green fried plantains). The ambiance was nice with classic Cuban music playing. My only complaint was the manager or owner was sitting a couple tables away and disrupted my quiet lunch dealing with staff/operations issues , phone calls on speaker…was hoping for some coffee flan but decided to leave instead. Restaurants have to pay attention to the small details …"
