"The environment is beautiful and characteristic and the staff were kind and welcoming. The enciladas were not exactly delicious while the trout with vegetables was passable. The trout was passable but the vegetables were certainly overheated and dry... Not cooked at the moment. The hamburgers look great but I haven't tried them, the desserts and ice cream are good American style obviously and the meat with baked vegetables was good. The bill was a little steep for the quality of the dishes."

"My wife and I decided to go to Bryce Canyon. We also had my wife's best friend go with us.We stayed at The Bryce Canyon Resort. We found out that the swimming pool was not working and we complained that they advertised as having a pool but it wasn't available. When we pointed out that we were paying for something they advertised, that we weren't getting, the front desk staff (Kelvin Dipika) were awesome to work with. They quickly offered us a discount on our room and bent over backwards to see that we were taken care of. The next day Kelvin even brought us some awesome free chocolate cake to show us how much he cared for us and appreciated our business.Their service can't be beat"
