"Pantry is a sweet little restaurant shop at Jekyll Island Club Resort. They have breakfast and lunch, desserts and coffee for there or to go there as well as bottles of alcohol, soda, water. You also sell some sweet things for the house, syrup, bacon jam, s'more kits, and you can buy picnic baskets out for one day."

"After hearing good reviews, we decided to try this restaurant. It was a bit difficult to find, located in the back corner of the Jekyll Market near the Westin and the ocean. We were surprised to find that it was just a small kitchen with no indoor seating, but there were tables outside on the sidewalk. The food was hot and fresh, and we ordered a chicken sandwich (which was actually just 2 chicken tenders on a bun) and a fried shrimp basket with fries and coleslaw. Overall, it was a decent option for dining in the area."

"Very disappointed in this place. Stayed at the Westin and requested food to be ordered to go. They very rudely asked if I was staying at the hotel as though no one who isn?t staying here can even get to go food because they?re operating understaffed. Paid $78 for a meal, requested a medium rare steak and it barely came out pink. Also slapped a room service charge on my account even though I went down to pick up the food. WHAT?! The least you can do is bring it to me if you?re going to charge me a fee for room service. Mediocre food very mediocre service. Do your self a favor and go anywhere besides here if you plan to stay on Jekyll island. Disappointed and as a Marriott vacation club owner I am embarrassed that they have this restaurant under their name. Spend your money elsewhere"

"Loved it! Took a minute to find due to Maps pure user error, but once we did it was easy. They deliver! So you may want to go that route. Located beside the putt-putt and playground, the restaurant is the small brick building to the side. Perfect location for a longer wait. It has a walk up window for take-out and a few picnic tables for eating outside. They do have a dining room and full menu, but it wasn't open when we arrived (a Tuesday at 7:00 PM). Nevertheless they were packed. We saw their delivery driver come and go at least 4 times while were there. Each time loaded down with boxes and bags of garlicky goodness. My party ordered a Greek salad to share and it was one of the best I've had in a while. Lots of feta cheese, delicious olives, and the dressing was amazing. We also ordered a small pepperoni for a teen- it had about 6 slices and was so good she ate all but one. The adults shared a Red Bug Special and it was delicious. Crispy crust and so loaded with toppings they fell off. It was so good that 2 hours later we raided the fridge and shared another slice before bedtime. If you love a good cold pizza the next day, this is your spot! We can't wait to go back, but will do delivery so we can stay at the beach and enjoy the sunset with our slices!"

"In town for an education conference and made reservations originally for 6 for dinner on a Monday night. Staff were very accommodating when we requested to change our party size to 10. Unfortunately, once we arrived, we were less than impressed. Our service was terrible. The restaurant was not busy yet we waited over 30 mins for appetizers and drinks to arrive after placing the order. Salads arrived at the same time the meals did, and it took nearly an hour after the delivery of the appetizers for our main courses to arrive. Someone in our party’s drink cup was cracked and leaking, and once we notified the server of the issue, instead of taking the leaking glass away, it was left on table to continue to make a mess. I am usually a fantastic tipper, but we were charged a mandatory 20% gratuity, which we all paid, but was definitely not reflective of the service we received. The food was great, but not worth the headache of dealing with such poor service. We are in the island every year for a conference but we will definitely NOT be back."
