I'm really sad that El Charlatan has closed. We went for our 21st anniversary and it was amazing! The chile con queso and tortillas were the best things I've ever eaten. I will always regret not eating here more than once before they closed

I love El Charlatan in Socorro, Texas! It's such a unique and creative restaurant, and the food is always amazing. I especially love the homemade Ganzito for dessert. It's a vanilla cake with strawberry jam topped with a chocolate glaze, sprinkles, and gold. It's absolutely delicious. I've been to El Charlatan several times, and I've always had a great experience. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The menu features a variety of Mexican dishes with a modern twist, even ramen and baos. There's something for everyone to enjoy.
