"I hate giving a negative review to another place in the service industry, but I called in my order today at 5:27pm. They don't deliver back to my house, but they do come to the front gate call when they arrive. Cool, no problem. I was told an hour a half. I never heard anything from them by 7:15pm, so I drove to the entrance thinking maybe they didn't have service. I called them at 7:32pm to make sure I didn't miss them somehow. She said the driver was en route I should be seeing him soon. It's now 7:49pm still nothing. 2 hours 22 minutes. We are way past dinner time at this point.. I hate feeling like I'm bashing a locally owned business, but something has to be done if they are to remain in business. For me, I think this seals the deal on ordering from here any longer.. But I hope for the owner's sake, they can get these issues fixed. If I didn't work in the service industry, I would just return home, but I don't want them to eat the cost of the food. Although I can't imagine it being hot anymore. Good luck, guys. I hope things pan out for you."
