"The absolute worst restaurant interaction that I have ever had. Attached is a screenshot of my original post. The owner 's response is unbelievable. There was no question as to what the issues were. So I will detail. 45 minutes after placing our order I was presented with a plate of chili verde. Very little sauce with the meat. Approximately 1/3 of the meat was chunks of fat. When asked for water and silverware we were pointed to where we can get them ourselves. Three salsas came on a plate which was filled with dirty water. All three of the salsas were frozen. This restaurant has changed to Mi Paloma. It's our second time there and we can't say enough good things! The taquitos are a must have! Paloma and Ruby are both so sweet and take so much pride in serving awesome quality food. Super reasonable pricing too! This is a great casual, fast service restaurant! I love that it's counter service, and you don't need to wait around on a server. We'll definitely be back!

Great enchiladas, rice beans, and carne asada. Maybe I caught the restaurant on a good day, but the two owners of the restaurant were SO super friendly and attentive to us, its hard to imagine the poor service everyone is talking about. If I were to go back to Manson (which I hope to do soon), I would love to go back for dinner. The guac looked excellent, but we didn't order so that would be the way I would start the meal. LOVE. MEXICAN. FOOD.
