Absolutely amazing service from Martin. The artichoke bruschetta, bolognese and Scottish salmon were exceptional. The Amaro selection is impressive and interesting.

Last night's dinner was the greatest. 3 of us shared the gruyere cheese croutons, which are amazing, and we started with a squash taco each (divine. My entree was the appetizer special of Wagyu beef on polenta which is the best deal in Aspen.It was the perfect amount and allowed me to share. My guest got the Bolognese, and the short ribs, both favorites of mine. Ellina is one of the best menus in Aspen.
