"Disappointing visit. The restaurant and bar were nearly empty on a nice late afternoon Sunday. My frustration was the lack of ingredients to make at least three of their signature pizzas. I did not get what I wanted but made the best of it. The two pizzas my family received were not fully cooked. The cheese was still in it's shredded form in the middle. I'm a Detroiter and know the style well. I have eaten at both of the ES locations in charlotte several times and had great food. This was not their best presentation. Its frustrating because I was looking forward to a good treat before a show in uptown. There is no ES near my home, I only get the occasional opportunity to visit. P.S. the tap...

Great pizza place for a dine in experience. A little pricey for me personally but enjoyed the atmosphere and food!

Our waiter was amazing (R Miller). He was a good sport and very attentive. Food was delicious. My daughter has celiac and loved the gluten-free pizza.

my family chose a casual, early silvester dinner at the emmy squared. the food was delicious with well-designed aromen. the service was warm and friendly. it has an original feeling.
