"When we arrived for our reserved time, the hostess explained that they don't honor reservations made on open table during the weekend and that if we wanted to wait it would be hours. It's unacceptable that a restaurant chooses to partner with a serviced like open table and then refuses to honor the reservation made. I will never return to this Famous Dave's, and quite frankly given that it's a chain establishment this experience is enough incentive to avoid all of their locations."

I apologize for my language, but this restaurant is not amazing. We had originally planned to eat somewhere else, but we saw this place and decided to stop in.
