very bad customer service. we've been to fancy a few times, and that's the first time we were not satisfied with the service. when they sit down, they bring them an appetizer, this time they did not, but did for others.

kiki and other polite staff served suppe and appetizer as soon as I first arrived at the restaurant. I ordered hibachi grilled lachs, but should have gotten chicken. do not laugh fresh. I'm going back to the din and order sushi bar. I hear it's delicious.
