We stopped here to eat lunch in between a road trip. Their food wasn't the best. They tried to take Italian food and make it fast food. Not a good combination. Would not recommend.

06/22/21 — Gave Fazoli's one last chance they failed again. They added a 2nd drink to our order we didnt ask for gave an attitide when asked to refund. We were the only person in the restaurant at 5pm (seriously — I see why) they had us come up pick up our order. Our entrees were small compared to the past just lacked good taste.
