Food is terrific. Fish taco’s out of this world. Great ambiance for this location. Quiet location though it’s right off the freeway. Clean bathrooms. Great for families with kids or a quiet place for a couple. Maitre d’ was kinda off, reading in between the lines here but seemed to be joint that welcomes locals, not outsiders… just my 2 cents!

The food was great. I got the Crawfish and Tasso pasta. I thought it was a little pricey for lunch on a weekday until I saw the portion. It was huge. My mom got a cup of soup and it was the size of a bowl at most places. I mean the portions were really big. I have a huge appetite and I couldn’t finish. Will definitely go again if I’m the area without any issue.

Miss the original. Both in atmosphere and quality of food. We’ve stopped on different occasions over the last 15—20 years when driving from Texas to the east. Been to the location closer to Lafayette but always preferred this one. Food wasn’t bad but seemed less flavorful. Gumbo was warm but not hot. Service was decent. But this Louisiana. We don’t plan our meal stops here for decent. We stop for some of the best in the country. The old Fezzo’s was but the new is sadly not.
