"My wife I are fairly new to the area and we were looking for a place for dinner as we celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary. We had heard about Finn's from a family member from the area. The restaurant looked awesome, beautiful inside. The dinner salad was great, however each of the dinners we ordered (meatloaf, salmon snapper) were all severely over cooked. The meatloaf was uneatable it was so overcooked. Service was incredibly slow, especially for a Tuesday night as we had been seated for right at an hour when we first received our salads. The truth is, for the price, the food was very subprime... not what we expected. My recommendation would be to get a new chef before they take you do...

One of the best parts of my trips to Joplin for business is the chance to dine at Finn's. This is a local gem, not a chain. Local people serving great food, day in and day out. I highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! Found the place on a simple Google search for 4+ star restaurants in Joplin after finishing up a meeting. Named after the owner's dog, they have a dog menu! You can bring your pups and enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio. The food was stellar! Can't say enough, except that we'll be back with our pups! BTW, Tessla is a most gracious server. We adored her.

The waitress was not quite as attentive as I had hoped for a high end restaurant in the area. She took our order 20 minutes after we finished our appetizer, and that was only because we brought to her attention that we hadn't ordered yet. She didn't apologize or acknowledge that she dropped the ball. The cheesy stuffed chicken was too salty and couldn't finish the plate. The salmon Wellington was delicious. The bang bang chicken never disappoints.
