"I walked in the place was clean, it was clearly very busy during a lunch rush but still had someone check on the trash... But walked passed the ketchup which was empty that I seen someone else trying to get some from the pump kind. They still had packets so this wasn't an issue for me. Upon my arrival it got very busy very quick so my order took about 15 mins but was hot fresh when I received it. Fries were a touch over on some fries while some weirdly under so I would have liked to see a bit more consistency but it was minor. My burger was good the fries had the perfect amount of salt on it so in all, I didn't complain sat in my car because inside was so packed. I would prefer to see more...

Love their hamburgers and French fries so good. Could eat there everyday but I don't think my account would approve.

First time that I have eaten at Five Guys. Servers very polite and accommodating. Price was higher than I expected. Free peanuts

I’ve tried 5 guys restaurants all over MD and this is HANDS DOWN the best in the state. They really care about their customers and strive for even better than chic fil a service. 10/10 highly recommend
