"I've been to 4 of the local Fl Cracker restaurants and this one never disappoints. I love the fast service and friendly employees. I always have to go to the store to find my next Fl cracker shirt or hat. These restaurants are the best for country soul food and I let everyone know it. Definitely worth the hour drive."

Everything about this place was wonderful. Staff were all very friendly. Sweet tea was top notch. Breakfast was all flavorful and good sized portions.

The best breakfast in Hernando county, it's a must. I'm from Maine but grew up in Brooksville, up and down the entire east coast 7 times driving ain't never been to a place like the Florida Cracker kitchen. Welcoming and a great atmosphere for breakfast or lunch, also the tap room next door is a must fellas!

"The quality is slipping!About once a month, my schedule has me driving past TS, at which point I stop in to grab a smoothie and sandwich. During my last 3 visits, I have noticed an increase in ice/ ice chunks in the Island Green smoothie.The last time was by far, the worst. 10 min down the road, I gave up trying to drink it and decided to throw it away.I don't know if this is now normal, but for me, I'm becoming discouraged and sad as I have enjoyed the TS products.I hope this review is taken seriously. And I will give it one more try next month."

"When we arrived, we were greeted with the most delicious, mouth-watering croissants that truly delighted our taste buds. They were incredibly fluffy, and the honey butter served with them was absolutely phenomenal—definitely the highlight of our visit! We started with a cheese platter, and while the ranch dressing wasn't to my taste, the cheeses were delightful on their own. The entrées were quite unique and served in generous portions that felt like a warm welcome home. Our food arrived quickly, and the prices were reasonable."

"So I ordered to go. Bang bang shrimp. My vm favorite. This time it was probably the best one I have ever had. The lettuce was cold and crisp and the fried shrimp was crispy and hot. Dipped in the sauce and eaten in one bite it was amazing! Loved it. I only wish I had taken a picture of the to go part, there were so many shrimp! The ciabatta bread with dipping oil and seasoning was perfectly warm soft and crusty. I was able to get two meals out of it! Hosts were super please t and friendly. Great experience and will absolutely go again. They have outside seating too!"

"Jennell(? works in the morning, and she knows my order and what I want in my pocket to go with it before I even ask. She is very excited about her job and it is very appreciated. The noon is of course not so happy to be there, but Jennell is always happy and smiling in the morning. Thanks for the great service and friendly face when I stop for breakfast!"
