"Boston was our final stop before returning to the UK. Right from the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The team who greet you outside are so professional. Check in was perfect. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The bar area is relaxed and again very attentive staff. Great location. The Trolley Hop on Hop off stop is about 100 feet from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."

This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons and it was a lovely experience. Staff were wonderful, hotel was beautiful, service was great. No complaints from us.

Floor to ceiling windows, automated drapes, an immaculate bathroom with free standing tub, and generally lovely furnishing made for a fabulous room experience. We splurged on a romance package that included champagne, breakfast and bath robes and felt very spoiled by the classic Four Seasons elegance.

Stayed here 4 years ago shortly after the opening. At the time, it was amazing, both physically and service. Recently stayed again. What a decline. From a service perspective this place has lost its mojo. Airport service, arrival, room allocation, F&B, common area housekeeping all need serious improvement. Thankfully, Boston has many other luxury choices.
