"Stopped at Red's with a new college student and the experience was lovely! The space is open and welcoming and the food overall was quite good. The steak well, definitely a top 5. Given the high end feel of the restaurant, there were a few service issues. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and seated, and we waited about 10 minutes to place our dinner order. After bringing our food, the waitress said she would be right back to check that we like dour food and to bring some steak sauce. We were nearly finished when she returned (so no refills on beverages either . My sense is that she was new, but I would still expect more from a place offering steaks over $30. The rib eye was delicious. Tender, flavorful, and delicious. The other meal was an asparagus salad with steak tips ordered rare. They were medium (but rare is tough with small bits of meat! and the asparagus and other veggies were VERY buttery/greasy, and salt was a little too plentiful. Sides and mains were generously sized. All in all, definitely a place I will return and recommend! In a larger city, it would qualify as an incredible value for the money, too!"
