"This is a semi-formal (tablecloths, but jean/shorts ok) Italian restaurant in the middle of the village Idylwild. The food was excellent. I had Veal Marsala and my wife had spinach/cheese ravioli. That said the service was somewhat slow and less attentive to a lazy Tuesday afternoon, and its excellent bread basket was only half full to begin and a refill was hard to come. The dessert menu was the mouthwater; even though we passed it. If you are ever in Idylwild, Fratellos is an excellent, in fact probably your best choice, but willing to be patient."

This is a hidden jewel in the mountains! The Olive Tepanade and the bread for beginners is delicious! I had the lobster ravioli and there were some of the best I had! The decor and atmosphere is beautiful! Try it in Idyllwild!

Food was amazing, service on point! We came with a large group of 15 at 830 in the evening on Friday! Great fresh food and they were so courteous, will go again a must if you have never been! Surrounded by mountains and a cute village!

The food was great. It is a cozy ambience friendly service. It takes time to prepare fresh authentic Italian cuisine. I had nothing to wait for. It was perfectly prepared. There is plenty of wine and drinks as well as a large desert menu. I loved my romantic dinner with my love. It's worth it.
