"After my order was lost by Doordash, they had the restaurant remake it. I was promised extra fries and a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. However, both of my sandwiches were incorrect, no gift card was included, and they simply threw a few fries in the bottom of the bag without a proper container. This level of service is unacceptable in my opinion."

Food was good but they stuck the hot food in the same bag as cold custard.

The food was served hot and fresh, but the only issue was that there was no sauce provided for the chicken strips.

"I love the Food, the fun environment, and the staff are super friendly, and quite knowledgeable. "upshot had a wonderful environment and friendly baristas. the coffee was very tasty and had a really rich taste and pay $4.50 for a monster cinnamon roll with a delicious taste and perfectly airy teig was the stealing of the century. if they are looking for a place with comfortable vibes and good drinks for studying or catching up with friends, upshot is the place to go."

"Got a pizza and a large salad for three people and ended up with three slices to take home. Pizza was great and had delicious, fresh veggies on top. The crust was soft on the inside with a good crust on the outside. Any doughier and it would have been too doughy for my liking. Greek salad was good, though it doesn't come mixed, which means you have to do some work to distribute the tasty bits before it's ready to share."

"Tonight was my second visit to this restaurant. Both times were pretty good, although as you can see from the picture, this stuff is GREASY. We could probably lower the fats here. Grease aside, everything was very tasteful, great use of garlic and hearty aromas. As you see in the photos, I have the Cajun style shrimps and grits, a classic favorite I always love. This place is good! Flavors comforted and had this good, well-being feeling. This court did not come with one side, but I got the Brussels spears that were a pleasant addition. My companion and I also had Portabella mushrooms for an appetizer I didn't get a picture. They were very tasty, a very unique and different kind of appetizer that you would normally not see in the city. I did it with a pomegranate martini that was much easier (flavor-wise) than I expected, and I definitely missed a shrimp! Would have been really nice with maybe a lemon spin. Everything, really. Because of the fat nature of food, I have to give only four stars now, but everything else was very good and I would not count out at the third visit to this place."
