"I would consider freshness on Plainfield to be more regular at this site. I'm always with a friendly voice on the drive through and every time I'm on the window. My order is always correct! I am a great fan of this freshness, so I come again and again! Brenda and Debbie are two of my most popular people who edit the window. You always ask how I do it. It's easy for people to complain in reviews, but I wanted to recognise the great customer service I get here. Thank you for always doing my day at any time when I visit!"

I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I had to. I love this location and Chad (working through most nights) is the best. He's so polite and thorough with orders. The whole night shift is the amazing. You cook your food to order so everything is freshly hot! Certainly check them out

Had a great experience with Jess during the ride thru today. She is always friendly, never confused my order, and puts extra tartaric acid sauce in the pocket before I even ask. She does Blue Ash, Ohio, Fresh's Big Boy looks good. She is a great example of wonderful customer service. Jess, I'm the one who asked about no cheese after my order. You're the best!
