"Visit #1 I pass this restaurant all the time and have somehow never noticed it. We noticed it on the drive to a different restaurant tonight and decided to change plans and give it a try. I?m glad we did! We got the Wednesday night special- ultimate margaritas- and they were good and at a decent price. We also tried their molcajete. I?m newly obsessed with this dish and this is the third restaurant I?ve found that has it. It was good but not as flavorful as other restaurants I?ve had it in, unfortunately those restaurants were nowhere near Middletown, so I?ll definitely be back. I decided to try the Al Pastor tacos with marinated pork. Came with rice beans, Cole slaw, Chips salsa for 15 bux. Not bad I wouldn't say authentic but tasty none the less. Busy place with lots of seating full bar. They do a good job with the online orders take out or delivery.

The food was terrific. The decor and music make you feel as if you're on the Mexican Riviera. Our waiter was so friendly and was attentive but did not hover. My meal was enough to take home half for later. I had the flour chicken enchiladas and they were great! We started with drinks and the house chips.

My family and I had the best meal at Frontera in Middletown. The restaurant is very clean. The decor is so warm and welcoming inside. The food is amazing. I could honestly say it's the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life. I've never had the feeling. So freshly cooked and perfectly flavored. In any case, the trip there will try every time in this area to try their other choice. I look forward to it. The staff is so friendly. Ana's the best. She was great. Really a jewel of a place. Very recommended.
