"Gabriel's Fire is a BBQ place right off I-5 that's known for its flavors. Its got a good sized menu and really good prices, and the portions are pretty good as well. The brisket melts in your mouth and is definitely something you should get. They have a large list of sauces too. Their Mac and cheese comes with every meal and their spicy Mac salad is delicious and crunchy. Service here is quick, parking is OK and the staff is pretty friendly."

1. It was good solid bbq. I have ribbed plate and 1/2 lb Brisket. I would definitely return and try some other things, including the sauces as they have a good variety of them.

Enjoyed the KC style BBQ chicken and beef brisket along with side of baked beans and French fries. Everything was well prepared and delicious, not to mention fast and perfect temperature! Highly recommend for good BBQ options.

Arrived Wed Oct 11 7:20pm. Doors locked, lights off, no notes on doors or windows as to why the restaurant was not open despite the business VM Google listing promising that they are open until 8pm. Annoying wasted my time driving. Next time your employees feel like cleaning up and leaving early tell them no. Or just become a lunch joint or just a catering joint? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
