"first I was annoyed, because the hotel had still closed against the clock, we couldn't take off our things....but the host or halter has done everything well with his cordial art. the room, the reception and the restaurant were completely new! all very high quality and cozy. and the food in the restaurant was very delicious. happy again"

accommodation. great ambiente and very nice staff. delicious food, have reserved every evening. the chef is very creatiw and still has a lot to do.price performance is also true. the hotel can be recommended.

here you can only forgive stars. very friendly staff. the owner personally welcomed us, the room shown and explained everything you should know. the breakfast and also the dinner was delicious. we are happy to come back and will recommend the sennerhütte in any case family and friends.

"Aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, die immer auch ein Lächeln hatte. Gute Speisen. Die Kabsmedaillions waren auf den Punkt perfekt. Die anderen Speisen, Salate waren auch gut und schnell serviert.Einen Italiener hatten wir auch nicht erwartet. Insoweit waren wir sehr zufrieden."

"We were in Bad Schandeau looking for a place to have dinner and spotted this cosy looking restaurant. There is patio seating out front and seating inside the restaurant. We entered and waited for the server to acknowledge us and assign us a seat. She absolutely ignored us even though she saw that we were there. We finally called out to her and requested a table for two. She was very rude and in welcoming and said she would see what she could do. The restaurant was empty inside and she never appeared back. After waiting about 5 minutes we left. I got the impression that unless you spoke German you were not welcome."

"although the personal was friendly, eating was very expensive and didn't taste good. it is mainly because it so overloaded with salt and garlic it is all we could taste! how literally 2 hours later and everything I can smell is garlic. there was a good choice of vegetarian options mainly stew and pasta, some of which could be veganized. also just to be clear, they have to climb the paw stone to get to the restaurant. that is 434.6m to restaurant!"

"we had really hungry after our hike, but unfortunately we were too early for warm dishes. the waitress was very nice and inquired for vegans offered. there were soy milk and 2 declared cakes were vegan, but unfortunately not to be particularly highlighted. the chefin (or the contact partner of the staff) did not seem to be very well informed. we did not get any direct information... but we did not ask any further. wifi didn't work, which was very bad due to the catastrophic network situation."
