"We were in Knoxville just for an overnight and chose Gavino's for dinner as it was close to our hotel turned out to be a great choice. Pizza was excellent and garlic knots some of the best we have ever had, and we have sampled many over the years. Mary Beth was our server and was efficient, congenial, and a joy to talk to. Overall a 5 star experience and a place to which we will certainly return should our travels bring us to Knoxville again."

Place really caught me off guard! The food was fantastic! Price is reasonable, service is great! I can't say nothing bad about this place! Highly recommend.

I have no complaints. The price is competitive, the food was delicious, and the service was great! The garlic cheese bread was amazing, I highly recommend it!! Definitely a great place to go!

The only complaint is 1 of the pizzas we ordered was supposed to have onions NOT mushrooms. It came out wrong. When we told the food runner and then our waitress neither one knew what to say or do. So we had to pick the mushrooms off. Still had to pay the full price. But the pizza was amazing. I love the crust being a little crunchy. The garlic knots were soooooo Good too!!!
