"We went for lunch on a sunny day and are pleased to report it was up to its usual excellent standard. Beer is superb, location is ideal after exploring the town and the food was classic Bavarian fare. Indeed, if you like wild mushrooms, you'll be happy, as there are several specials on the menu. Had a great experience of traditional Bavarian Food and beer at the Geigerhaus. Staff were really friendly and the fact that we did not speak German was not a problem. We were attracted to the restaurant because a lot of locals were eating there. The food was great, but very large serves, so be warned.
