"This review is in regards to the customer service I received from the manager that was supposed to help with my issue. Me and my family went to Gen 's tonight to celebrate my dad 's birthday because that 's his favorite restaurant. We checked in at 6:15 and they told me it would be an hour to an hour 15 minutes wait. Which we didn 't mind since we expected it to be busy on a Friday night. They took my phone number down and told me I would get a text WHEN MY TABLE was READY. I walked away not knowing that I was SUPPOSED to get a text CONFIRMING that I checked in. The hostess never confirmed my phone number so I guess that was my fault for not double checking (sarcasm). Honestly this place change so much . Lack of customer service . We waited forty minutes to be sat when so many tables open . Once they sat us down took our waiter 10 min to acknowledge us . Our meats that we order with the waiter came and we still didn't have utensils or they still hadn't turn on the grill for us . It was disgusting walking to the bathroom and seeing so many tables dirty . Over all didn't get ti enjoy our food because they would take long to bring it out .

Well, not the best experience I've had at a Korean BBQ restaurant. Got seated late Saturday night and while walking to our table, noticed the floor was very oily. It must've been after the dinner rush because they could only provide 2 water glasses for our party. Waiter and manager serviced our table and they both were sweaty, again probably after the dinner rush. Food was also in short supply as kalbi and brisket were 86. Beers on tap were limited. Although wait staff were sweaty, they were friendly and service was fast. They need to hire more workers (as the posted Help Wanted sign said), increase their food inventory and clean the floors.
