No one came out for curbside. Called the first time and it rang forever. Called back six more times and it said my call couldn't be completed. I don't normally have issues here. I went in and could see 4 people working. Only one customer on the store. When I told them what happened, nothing. I wish the tip could be added after picking up the food.

Horrible service. Unprofessional manager. Rude and disrespectful to a customer, and an employee. Used the F word when talking to a customer about a botched order. Used it again when talking to an employee while on the phone with the customer. Lied out right.. said he was going to deliver the right order. Had no intention of doing so. Very disappointed with this sandwich shop. Will never go to that particular GOOD CENTS again! What happened to ” THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!”?

Love Goodcents and have frequented this location several times. It's always good, clean and fast service. Today I went in and ordered two sandwiches and a couple chocolate chip cookies. The person who rang me up was very distracted with a few people who were in the store and when I got home I noticed he gave me different cookies that appears to be chocolate chip, white chocolate and nut.
