"Gamba Ristorante is our favorite restaurant in NWI! The service is always top notch, drinks are tasty, and all the food is pure perfection. I recommend doing it all drinks, appetizers, soup and/or salad, your meal, and end your experience with dessert! "I'm not sure who wrote the description for this place but I was just there and had them check to make sure their pita bread was vegan, and it was not. They had no vegan bread to eat the appetizers with. They did bring out cucumber at our request, but it was only a few slices and not enough for 2 people. The falafel, however, was amazing, and the best I've ever had. I just don't want vegans to get the wrong impression by thinking they are free to eat there. Please make sure you double check the ingredients!!"

"this is a very nice restaurant and it offers a large selection of options for vegans. the waitress said they could veganize almost everything on the menu. I ordered a curry with tofu and it was absolutely delicious. the price is in harmony with other fine restaurants and the portion was quite large. last night I had a part of it for dinner and the rest for lunch the next day was eaten again. the warning that it is a small place so that a reservation or advance is not a bad idea. overall, great experience. I would give five stars if I could!"

"I ordered the veggie sandwich and chicken tortilla soup yesterday. For $12, I got the tiniest sandwich I've ever seen, and the soup was all broth and maybe 2% substance. It was hardly any food. My sister and I were disturbed. We could have gotten 7 times the amount of food for that price at Panera. Not to mention it took them 15 to make a sandwich the size of a deck of cards, and the place was empty. I'm surprised this place is still in business. Never going here again, extremely disappointed!"

"Pancakes were falling apart as I was trying to butter them. They became very mushy when I added syrup. Scrambled eggs were perfect. Bacon was very thin, but crisp to perfection. I just felt the pancakes could’ve been better. Fluffy like, and not become immediately mushy once I put syrup on them."
