"I just went there for dinner with my boyfriend I order steak tips medium with NO ONIONS comes to the table with ONIONS I immediately say something waitress she takes it back by the time I get my food back my boyfriend is halfway done with his dinner now my steak over over cooked and still find a few ONIONS OBVIOUSLY THEY TOOK IT BACK AND PICKED THE ONIONS OFF AND COOKED IT JUST A LITTLE BIT LONGER…WORST SERVICE EVER AND I SAID SOMETHING AS I PAYED AND ALL THE LADY COULD SAY WAS SORRY NOT TO ME … – show"

The only thing I would recommend that would be wonderful is if the Kennett Missouri location would open the salad bar back up.

Staff was very friendly and always glad to help you out. Food was wonderful! Would definitely recommend dining there for whatever occasion you might have wether a business meeting or celebrating an important date such as birthday or anniversary. Whatever the situation calls for you will not regret dining here.

We went back and had dinner. The place was very busy. They messed up both our orders. The chicken breast was very tough. I really would not suggest this place but seeing Kennett has so little in choices. Also the pricing for what you receive is not great either. Our dinner was 45.00 he got a burger and I had a chicken breast. No appetizer. No alcohol. The server was just fine. Considering how busy they were she was doing her best. This being the second time trying this place I won't be back. … – show

"We went to Kennett for a basketball game tonight. We stopped at Sonic on the way home. We are a family of 6 and as such usually have a great order. The gentleman who took our order was great, we had nothing to repeat and he did it right for the first time...we helped us very much! Plus... we received our order quickly and it was all right! "The waitress Amber was very friendly but I felt the supervisor was very unprofessional her and some of the young employees sat behind the counter and laughed and talked about Amber. The last time I was in there I took a picture of my waitress and other employees sitting behind the counter on their phones laughing and talking and she never came to checked on me until she brought my ticket if you want good service request Amber. "Really good service with pleasant staff. Very nice atmosphere too. I feel like they really need to work on their pizza though. We ate in-house and ordered the cheeseburger pizza. There was barely any cheese on it at all. The flavor was good otherwise and everything was fresh but, portions compared to price was frustrating. Tried a house salad too and same goes. The price was too high for such a small salad. The food is not bad, per se, but really could use a ramp up in overall quality and portion size. I noticed 2 to-go order salads that were being prepped as I was making my order and they seemed much more generous. I'll go back and try something else off the menu sometime just to see but, this is not where I'd go to spend $20+ on a pizza. Sad because I really had high hopes, especially since Kennett is really lacking in good pizza/Italian food places."
