"My 5 star rating is for the evening shift. The evening shift is awesome, great communicators and most are teens. They do their best to get the orders out and make sure customers are satisfied. They're all so sweet. The evening shift makes my double shot frappe the best, it's always nice, strong and Perfect. Great service. They've only gotten my order wrong once and they just forgot my shot of espresso, which was supplied to me with no complaint. : The evening shift usually has big rushes and they get yelled at a lot so the fact that they were still happy to serve me, pleases and surprises me immensely.
