"The guy that runs a place and I believe her name is Ashley, which she's an employee there, are really amazing people and sometimes I will choose, which I'm sure you do as well, not only the best food around but if if somewhere had the best food around but yet they were rude or off-putting or just seemed not so good, I can assure you that you probably wouldn't go back, whether the food was good or not. Sometimes the food don't have to be nothing to write home about, but the people are so great that you look for an excuse to go there. Me saying that isn't implying their food isn't great but I am trying to show you that no matter how good something is on the outside if the people on the inside aren't as good what you don't want that kind of experience. This is family run, the people inside of it whether they're blood or not, or just so close and you can tell and the feeling of it inside is just down home, family run and family operated and the people inside are just that good. Y'all come by and check out my friends that I may just the other day on an accidental phone call and wound up going. One of the greatest phone calls that I never knew I needed to make. And the owner you can tell really looks out for his employees because when I said I was on my way I could hear him in the background well what if he robs us all, which although it's not a good feeling to hear, he don't know me from the mask robber down the road so that's what he should have said and he's not down putting me he's just making his employees the priority. It's like I told Ms Ashley when I heard it, if I give you 10 snakes and tell you that they're great but the problem is is one of these out of the 10 is going to bite you on purpose and when they do you'll die. Well since you don't know which one of the 10 it is that's going to be biting you it's in your best interest to tell all 10 I'm sorry you can't come in. That's not downputting the nine that's protecting you against the one. So he said what he should have said and unfortunately he was right, not with me of course but it is what you got to do. Thanks again to the White House because this place is really really magnificent. What a great great experience I had with great great people. It was a wonderful experience and I'll be by there soon again I can assure you"

"When their system is working, the food here is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired most of the time. After reading reviews about the inside of the restaurant, I'm thankful that I’ve only used the drive-thru. I usually stop by 1-2 times a week during my commute because I really enjoy a sausage McMuffin! Unfortunately, I've noticed that lately, the system seems to go down frequently right after I place my order. I understand that technical issues happen, usually at the worst times, but this has become too common to just be a random glitch. Management should really look into their internet connection or system stability to reduce these drive-off incidents. However, I suspect there may be more of a human issue at play rather than just a technical one — though I could be mistaken. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1."

"I attempted to visit this restaurant tonight to order wings after waiting for 45 minutes. However, I was told that I couldn't place an order at the window because they were no longer taking orders there. I explained to the person at the window that we had been trying to order for 45 minutes over the phone, only to be told that they had stopped answering phone calls an hour before. This would have been at 5:45, which left me feeling very disappointed."

"Don't order for pick up! They get my order wrong each time and it almost seems intentional. We live 15 or more minutes away. When I finally call to confront, I was basically told it was my fault. I asked for NO PEPPER AND NO ONIONS that is not supposed to even be apart of the rice bowls. Last time I didn't specify and it came with both. This time I specifically stated it and it looked liked extra was added to the top of my meal. I'm not sure we will even go back there. We will go to the Warrior location. Steak in the rice bowls for takeout is usually bunt too. I have quit ordering the steak. Oh and they were out of chorizo too. I fed those meals to my dogs."
