"We sat down to a almost empty restaurant, meaning it was not busy. We ordered drinks which took over 35 mins after me complaining to the manager that we hadn’t received our drinks. When we eventually got our drinks they were not right. We requested doubles that were clearly not. This was the worst Hard Rock restaurant experience we have had. We have been to Hard Rock restaurants around the world with amazing experiences. I would not ever recommend visiting the Dallas Hard Rock restaurant ever."

Horrible service for being dead on a Saturday night. We ended up walking out and had dinner across the street.

It was not busy, it was a week day evening, our server took a little bit to get to us to take our order and acted like he didnt want to be there. When I introduced kindness to him then he was nicer. Then he seemed like he wanted a 20%tip. Sorry the service that night was not worth that.

"We came to Dallas for a game at the stadium. We love to travel and both are foodie. Alex did a phenomenal job taking care of us. Staff was super nice and attentive. "First off, Patyon, the valet, is a most kind, pleasant, helpful young man. He has a great smile and is excellent. So that will start your evening off well. "Abraham, I didn’t score you any less, but I wanted to alert you to an uncomfortable situation my first ever while dining at Salum. I was the first patron in the restaurant at and a very kind server recognized me and asked where I wanted to sit. I didn’t have a preference, so he suggested the middle table closest to the kitchen. I remarked that it used to be my favorite table when the kitchen was “open to the diners.” I had already been seated when another server yells from the front door, “he can’t sit there! It’s reserved!” There was nothing marking that table as reserved and the first server seemed a bit embarrassed. Second server yelled “he just called and reserved it!” I acted like it was no big deal, chose another table, but after eating, paying, and walking out, that table was still empty. I just thought that was beneath the quality service I have always received at Salum. Thanks for listening. Billy"

"My husband and I booked last minute and ended up sitting at the bar, but our service was still spectacular. Our waitress Alli was attentive, sweet and able to give amazing recommendations! Even the staff that only delivered our food/ drinks were personable and incredibly accommodating. Food is one thing but service is what keeps you coming back."
