"No respect for customers. And can prices increase? It's crazy. Also as an update 3/16/22- I went in and bought a pizza and even paid for them before the time (almost $16... and asked them to wait 15 minutes before they cooked it / in the oven when I wanted to pick someone and get it through my way again and didn't want it to be cold. The owner and the vertically challenged lady seemed both understood and agreed.. Then I invite about 4 minutes after I left apologise honey, I already set the pizza. I said excuse me? So she repeated it and I said you didn't understand when I said to wait 15 minutes or something before you put it in? She told me she understood, but she didn't wait for the pizza...

Order food and two weeks later they said we owe ourselves to the dead because they forget to ring them. Your problem is not ours. This place goes more and more treat customers with respect

We went in and waited to get an order, the owner/cashier would not go and take our order while the other lady took a call. We waited longer than we should decide if he should take the order well, our money was better spent somewhere else.

Not sure why others complain. If the owner is there, she will definitely drop everything and help, maybe the negative reviews came when she was not there, I have no problem with food or service since getting rid of a few employees last year.
