"We had our first experience with them yesterday at a wedding they catered. Everything was amazing. The beef brisket, veggies, Mac cheese, grilled chicken, buns and apple butter. So good that we just visited their restaurant tonight for some more yummy food. The roast turkey was just like Thanksgiving dinner. Amazing and moist and my husband loved the pulled pork. They also have Gluten Free menu options. We don't go to Carlisle much but we will definitely be back for Hickory Ridge!!"

I came to eat away a bad mood, and take home leftovers. I ordered a BBQ sampler and it didn't all fit on one plate. Mission accomplished. The meatloaf is especially good.

Oh…my….gosh! Becky…look at those biscuits!! I am a biscuit expert and the biscuits here are truly the best I have ever eaten. All the food was amazing and the best tea I’ve had in ages. Peanut butter pie for dessert was scrumptious. The heck with the chains…do yourself a favor and eat here. Our waitress was so nice. Wish I lived closer to eat here all the time.

I could eat this food for the rest of my life. They catered my moms wedding this past weekend. Everyone loved it. The food is still good, microwaved, 3 days later. I could drown in the Mac and cheese and their garlic chicken has ruined all other garlic chickens for me. Super tender, juicy, and well flavored/seasoned. I can’t imagine having the food fresh in the restaurant. I don’t think I could handle it. 10/10 would recommend. Please send more apple butter.

"So refreshing! My boyfriend I have tried almost all their bowls! Out of all the ones we?ve tried our favorite is for sure the Pura Vida! Staffs are very friendly. Not a long wait for the bowls either. We were able to substitute the toppings, which was super nice. In the picture is the Pura Vida and the Nutella Açaí bowl. The Nutella bowl actually comes with coconut flakes, but we weren?t a fan of coconut so we asked to substitute it for mango!"

"For Hibachi style food this is a decent find. Not the best, not the worst. The rice could definitely use more flavor but the veggies, meat, chicken and shrimp had nice flavors and were nicely cooked. Would stop by again while in the area."

"My family and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone enjoyed their meals. We ordered a variety of dishes including fish, burgers, and salads. "I was so disappointed. Marcello's used to be my go-to for pizza, Italian food, and subs when I lived in the Carlisle area 10 years ago. I was traveling through the area and stopped today. We ordered a lasagna dinner, pizza burger sub w fries, and 2 pepperoni slices to go. As soon as we sat down, I realized the place was filthy. Dirt on the hooks hanging from the ceiling a quarter of an inch thick. Vents also filthy. Lasagna was bland fries tasteless pizza burger sub mediocre, and when we got home, they had given us cheese pizza, not pepperoni. We will never go back. I don't see how they haven't been shut down for being so dirty. Photos attached. Being this dirty in the seating area, I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like."
