"I have visited this restaurant twice at the times when they were supposed to be open. The first time, the door was open and lights were on, but there was no one near the front to assist us. My group waited for 10 minutes without seeing any staff members. It was concerning to see the shop open to the public but not staffed in the front area. The second time, despite the website and Google saying they were open, the shop was completely closed. I believe this place has potential as it is very cute inside, but I have not had any luck with service during my visits."

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent, the staff is friendly, and they work quickly despite being busy. I tried the churro iced latte and can't wait to try more drinks.

I would give Hidden Pearl a 10-star review if I could. The coffee and sandwiches were fantastic. Thank you for a great experience! I wish I could rate it a 15-star review. It's the best coffee and food we've had at a coffee house in a long time.
