"Never in the history of McDonalds across the country have I been told NO I could not have my cup until my whole order was finished. After spending right at 50 dollars I asked RYAN if I could go ahead and get my large cup so I could fix my tea...he flat out said NO, YOULL GET IT WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY!!! He needs to go, he has no clue what he is doing, trying to be a manager on some kind of power trip. And then literally forgot to give it to me when he finally gave us our food. Yep that 's right, I HAD TO ASK A SECOND TIME after being told no the 1st time. What a joke. He has horrible customer service, the worst."
