We ordered a BBQ Brisket Sandwich and Buffalo Wing. The brisket was delicious in so many ways! It literally melts in my mouth, how tender it was. You really live according to their motto You don't need teeth to eat our food. The wings were excellent. They were not boiled or dry anyway. Your choice of Buffalo sauce was not incredibly spicy, although it had some kick to it. It was a good buffalo sauce, not too much vinegar in it. Dont go there as often as I would like but I always get the pit beef sandwich and fries. Pit beef is always PERFECTLY cooked and the fries are the perfect boardwalk fries. Got the cornbread this time and was not disappointed. Always good food from here!

We've been on the way to the shore for years. Finally, for some BBQ stopped. I had the pulled pig sandwich 6it was fantastic. My sister and her husband shared Pit beef and Pit ham sandwiches. They loved her absolutely. We also shared BBQ frits, cheese bacon fries and mozz sticks. Everything was delicious

This was our second visit to the Hot Off the Coals BBQ. You order at a counter and bring the food to your table indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was happy and helpful to navigate the extensive menu. We ordered the brisket plate and a pulled pork sandwich. Get the Boardwalk Fries (made in her house Tiger Sauce) ... delish! The brisket was slim and delicate, but a little dry. Fixed a quick request for some au jus. The pulled pork sandwich (4 or 6 ounces) was filled with delicate pork with its sweet Bbq sauce on the edge. The other choice was Carolina style sauce, but it is Western Carolina thick and sweet. .b
