"So the food is good. The staff are very nice and polite. I've been here multiple times and never been disappointed with the quality of food and service. However, I've noticed the cleanliness of the dining area has been on a slow and steady declinefloors are littered with trash, tables are sticky and very wobbly, the fountain drink machine area was not clean and missinglids for the cups. A portion of the interior wall needed major repairs as the sheetrock was completely falling apart. Overall,good food, but the dining experience was very sub-par. I think they just might be understaffed because we waited almost 45minutes to get our food."

I just ate there. Great food, well seasoned, very friendly and clean place. I will come back very soon to try the other plates they have. Reasonable prices. Love the concept, different.

The food, the service and the atmosphere, all of them say FAMILY. I felt very welcomed by the staff from the moment I arrived. The food was seriously great. Try the Venezuelan pabellón dish, no questions asked. Will be back again

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME! You try and give them a chance and they make you wait 30-45 minutes for food with an empty restaurant every time! They?ll always have an excuse and just say sorry and for you to continue to wait. 0 customer service, and0 efficiency! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ONE HOUR TO WAIT MINIMUM! $30 TO SPEND HALF AN HOUR AND COUNTING BECAUSE FOODSTILL HAS YET TO ARRIVE. DO NOT VISIT! That?s Hialeah for you!
