"our server was shanna. She made sure we had coffee and serviettes and picked up our order in a timely manner. She was great when our food came out, it was cold. I ordered eggs with cheese dusted and the cheese was partially melted, which tells me that the eggs were a bit warm at some point. my friend ordered eier very easy. they were not properly cooked and were in the raw. also the speck and the sausage on our tellers were cold. so said our broth pancakes, toast, waffel and french toast seemed fresh, even if the waffel was boiled irregularly."

I ordered the French toast combo and I was not disappointed. The French toast at this location is much better than the Newport News and York County locations. The service was phenomenal too. Thanks, Shanna! We will definitely be back.

Great service and food despite the fact that they were short staffed this morning! The manager and other staff worked diligently to keep the place running well! Our server Brandon was such a kind, polite, hardworking young man! Our Belgian waffle was light, fluffy, and delicious. Coffee was fresh, hot, and plentiful. So thankful for these workers who were doing double duty to provide us with a great breakfast!

I have been to this IHOP several times and have never had any real complaints. IHOP is generally good and touts its customer service, which stands true for the Main St IHOP. The breakfast food at IHOP is about the same as its competition, and its burgers and lunch/dinner items are better than expected. However, last time I made a visit to this IHOP, I was with two friends in the evening, and it seemed as if the staff was extremely eager for us to leave. Still, the server was friendly, and we got our food very quickly.
