"Would give ZERO STARS if I could!!!! As we walked in the the server acted as if we were an inconvenience. The server wrote our order down and still messed the whole thing up. I ordered a fajita chicken omelette that was supposed to have salsa and sour cream on the side. The omelette had a few pieces of chicken and very little peppers inside and nothing but cheese on top. Very underwhelming. We had to ask for the sides that came with our meals. When asked she proceeded to tell us they were out. We waited 15 min for avocado that was supposed to be apart of the omelette. The service was just horrific, also the Bathrooms were disgusting. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!"

will not eat here again. ihop has developed worse in the course of the years. Today there was no administration. we were served after the people who came after us. my man was served raw to see pictures. my lemon blueberry crepes had no lemon. the minions pancakes were coarse after my nephew.

I visited the restaurant this morning and noticed many people waiting in the lobby. We were seated after about 10 minutes. The employees are clearly working very hard, although the staff was shorthanded with only three servers—two experienced and one in training. Despite being busy and juggling multiple tasks in the absence of a manager, the server and the head cook maintained a high level of professionalism. However, it was noticeable that the lack of management led to the head cook addressing disgruntled customers without missing a beat. I want to commend our server, Michael, and the rest of the team, including the head chef. Great job!
