"Let's start off with the fact we were at the area where they take your order for 20 minutes when she finally did take our order she had an attitude and we felt like she was rushing us. I asked for curly fries twice and was charged for curly fries when we pulled around for the food she asked if we wanted sauces and smacked her teeth rolled her eyes when I said ranch we got our order just to get home and realize I was given 2 tenders and regular fries after being charged for the 3 tender combo and curly fries"

Love their breakfast tacos too bad. They're discontinuing them after today. But they were great while they lasted. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I got a coffee who was ok. It was really weak with hardly any vanilla in it but the halfsies Fry's I got were so terrible. They were way underdone but after eating a couple I completely lost my appetite and traded it in for just a drink. Was let down for sure. Might give JITB a chance to redeem themselves tho cause everyone deserves a second chance but I won't be spending my money on it that's for sure.... lol Service: Take out

"Edit. I was in there for the first time. We got menus and waited for 20 minutes, no one came to ask for orders. The people who come after us took their orders so we left. This is our third time at this point, have tried several dishes. It is dog friendly, large terrace with sisters and fans, good food and a large selection. The staff was as amazing every time, even ice cream added to the dogs water! Oh, and they have annoyed meat patties for the dogs! She loves it so much that she wouldn't stop staring at the door until her food arrived?"

"On the app it says buy one get one free for a bean and cheese burrito, I bought 2 burritos and they didn't give me the other 2 I should have gotten. I called the store and had to explain myself over and over that I either want a refund for the burritos or to come in store and get the ones i shouldve gotten. The lady said I can't get the burritos and I'm gonna have to pay if I want the other 2 and said i have to wait cause their busy then hung up on me. Very horrible service and the lady working there should be fired. Will never be buying from them again and neither should anyone else."
