I was washing my hands getting ready to come out. That lady knocked and yelled really loud. I asked who is it. She said you need to come out. I said OK let me wash my hands. She kept on banging on the door and said No you need to get out now! And kept on knocking. So I came out and ask her what's going on? She said he's waiting. Pulled into an empty drive-thru at night and didn't get any response from the speaker. There's silence for 3 minutes and I pull up to the window to pick up my online order. Told that I have to let them know at the ordering screen first before pulling up to the window. Food's fine but that is some jank
